Five Great 54mm Painters at Putty & Paint

Putty & Paint is probably most associated with fantasy figures, and they do account for a lot of its content, but there is more to it than that. There are many brilliant painters who share historical and military figures and busts, while a few specialise in 1/32nd-1/35th scale (aka. 54mm), and that’s what I’ve chosen to show you here.

I’ve picked out five of my favourite painters from this category and listed them in no particular order. Not all of them work exclusively in these scales, of course, so my primary criterion for inclusion is that they have uploaded a good number of relevant works. Most are 20th century or modern military subjects, while one painter specialises in Mediaeval knights, which I’ve included because his work is really worth seeing and I love that period of history.
